How to Fill Out All Indonesia Easily and Quickly

The government is making it even easier for both international travelers and returning Indonesians to enter the country. With the launch of the All Indonesia app, arrival declarations can now be completed digitally before passengers even set foot in an airport or seaport. No more long queues or manual paperwork. Just fill out the form on your phone and show the generated QR code during inspection. So, here is how to fill out All Indonesia..

The All Indonesia app marks a major step forward in the digital transformation of immigration, customs, and quarantine services. By integrating these systems into a single platform, the government aims to create a smoother, faster, and more transparent arrival process for international travelers.

Understanding the All Indonesia App and Its Purpose

Before learning how to fill out the All Indonesia form, it’s important to understand what the app is and why it’s mandatory. Managed by the Government of Indonesia, All Indonesia is a digital arrival declaration system. Starting October 1, 2025, all international passengers—both Indonesians (WNI) and foreigners (WNA)—must submit their arrival details through this app before entering Indonesia.

This platform combines immigration, customs, health, and quarantine declarations into one unified system, accessible through its official website (allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id) or mobile app, available on both Google Play Store and the App Store.

Travelers can complete the declaration up to three days before arrival. The app was designed to simplify arrival procedures, improve convenience, and enhance the overall travel experience—making it faster, safer, and more efficient.

Before All Indonesia was introduced, travelers had to fill out several separate forms, such as the Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD), the e-HAC for health and quarantine, and manual immigration forms. This often caused confusion and long queues at airports. Now, everything is integrated digitally within All Indonesia, significantly speeding up entry procedures.

How to Fill Out All Indonesia

There are two ways to access the passenger declaration form: through the official website (allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id) or by downloading the All Indonesia mobile app from Google Play or the App Store. Both are free to use and available for all international passengers. The system is user-friendly, allowing anyone—Indonesian or foreign—to easily complete their arrival report.

Here’s a step-by-step guide for new users:

How to Fill Out All Indonesia For Indonesian Citizens (WNI)

Start by selecting “Indonesian Citizen” on the website or app. Then fill in your personal details such as full name, date of birth, gender, passport number, phone number, and active email address. Next, provide your international flight information, including arrival date and flight number, along with your temporary address in Indonesia and travel purpose.

You’ll then answer a few questions about customs declarations, items brought into the country, and your health condition. Once completed, the system will generate a unique QR code. Download and save it—this code must be shown to immigration officers upon arrival.

How to Fill Out All Indonesia For Foreign Citizens (WNA)

The process for foreigners is similar, but with details entered according to the traveler’s foreign passport. You’ll need to provide your nationality, passport number, full name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Flight details, destination address in Indonesia, and purpose of visit—such as tourism, business, study, or other reasons—must also be included.

After filling out the form, the system will generate a downloadable QR code. Like Indonesian travelers, foreigners must present this QR code to officers at international airports in Indonesia.

How to Fill Out All Indonesia via Mobile App

For those who prefer using smartphones, the All Indonesia app provides the same functions as the website. Simply download the app, choose the form type, and fill in the required information. The interface is simple and intuitive, with an automated guide to assist first-time users.

The advantage of the mobile version is convenience—it allows travelers to complete and store their declaration anytime, anywhere. As long as the phone is connected to the internet, the form can be filled out and saved quickly. Once done, the QR code will appear directly in the app, ready to be shown to officers without needing to print or carry extra documents.
