All Indonesia App Launches to Make Visiting Indonesia Easier for Tourists

International travel to Indonesia just got easier with the launch of the All Indonesia app. Starting October 1, 2025, every traveler arriving from abroad must complete their arrival declaration through this app before entering the country. This move marks a new era of digital transformation in Indonesia’s immigration and tourism sectors.

Deputy Minister of Tourism, Ni Luh Enik Ermawati, also known as Ni Luh Puspa, called this launch an “important breakthrough.” She said, “Integrating immigration, customs, health, and quarantine services into one system will create a more efficient, fast, and comfortable travel experience for visitors.”

What Is the All Indonesia App?

All Indonesia is a one-stop digital platform that combines immigration, customs, health, and quarantine declarations. It is available through its website (allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id) and mobile app on Google Play Store and the App Store. Travelers can complete the form up to three days before their arrival. The app is designed to simplify entry procedures and provide a faster, safer, and more convenient travel experience for all passengers.

Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, emphasized that the first impression of a country often begins at the airport or port. “Often, first impressions become last impressions. If we want people to have a positive image of Indonesia and return, we must create that positive impression from the start,” he said.

He added that the government continues to improve public services. As President Prabowo stated, good governance begins at the country’s entry points, such as airports and seaports. He stressed that this initiative is not a gimmick but a fundamental step that could become a major game changer for Indonesia’s progress.

Supporting this statement, Minister of Immigration and Corrections, Agus Andrianto, explained, “All Indonesia is a big leap in public service. Passengers only need to fill out one declaration, which shortens inspection time and even allows them to use immigration autogates. This innovation not only simplifies travel but also supports tourism and investment in Indonesia. We urge travelers to complete All Indonesia before arrival. Without it, the process will take longer because manual checks will be required at the counter.”

He also noted that the app is already connected to corridor gates — automatic biometric checkpoints for priority Indonesian citizens, such as the elderly, disabled passengers using wheelchairs, and unaccompanied minors. With this technology, priority travelers can simply walk through the corridor device to complete immigration screening seamlessly.

Why the All Indonesia App Is Mandatory

The All Indonesia app was officially launched to simplify the arrival process at Indonesia’s international airports and ports. Ni Luh Puspa described it as a milestone in enhancing the country’s tourism experience.

“Integrating immigration, customs, health, and quarantine services in one application will create a more efficient, fast, and comfortable travel experience for tourists. This is part of our effort to improve Indonesia’s tourism customer experience,” she said on Thursday (October 1, 2025).

Ni Luh added that this innovation will make it easier for foreign tourists to enter Indonesia, strengthening the country’s position as a preferred global destination.
“With smoother and simpler arrival procedures, tourists can immediately focus on enjoying Indonesia’s beauty and hospitality,” she said.

How to Fill Out the All Indonesia App

Before All Indonesia was introduced, international travelers had to fill out several separate forms — such as the Electronic Customs Declaration (e-CD) for customs, e-HAC for health and quarantine, and manual immigration forms. These procedures often took time, confused travelers, and caused long lines at airports.

Now, all forms are merged into a single digital system. Travelers only need to enter their data once, and it will automatically integrate with relevant agencies. A QR code is generated, which can be scanned during inspection.

The form can be accessed through the official website or by downloading the All Indonesia app, both free and open to all travelers. The system is user-friendly, allowing both Indonesian citizens and foreigners to easily complete their declarations.

Travelers can also fill out the form up to three days before arriving in Indonesia. This allows them to prepare documents in advance and avoid last-minute rushes upon landing. Once they arrive, they only need to show the QR code instead of filling out any paper forms.
