Who can get spouse sponsored KITAS?

If you are a man legally married to an Indonesian woman, you can get a residence permit for a period of one year, and this can be renewed until four times. A residence visa is a requirement for foreigner to stay and living long-term in Indonesia. Note that this does not entitle you to work in Indonesia. To work in Indonesia, you need a work permits.

The documents which will be obtained (in this spouse sponsored KITAS) are:

1. KITAS 1 (one) year validity
2. Multiple Exit Re-entry Permit
3. Other Permits – SKTT and STM
