Based on the business entity certificate (SBU), the qualification of construction services in Indonesia consists of Small, Medium and Large. However, the qualification for BUJK PMA (PMA Construction Company or “Join Venture”) and BUJKA (Foreign Construction Representative Office) is Large business.

Net Worth Requirements
BUJKA and BUJK PMA must have a net worth of at least Rp 50 billion (approximately US$4 million) with qualification as Large B2.

BUJKA – Foreign Construction Company
Attach of Annual Report or financial statement for the last 2 (two) years prepared by public accounting firm of the Country of Origin and legalized by the Embassy of the State of Origin of BUJKA in Indonesia to meet the requirements of net worth requirements.

BUJK PMA – Joint Venture Company
Attach of Annual Report or financial statement for the last 1 (one) years prepared by public accounting firm in Indonesia to meet the requirements of net worth requirements.
Experience Requirements
BUJKA and BUJK PMA must have experiences in construction work over the past 10 years with a total cumulative value of at least Rp 250 billion (approximately US$20 million) or it must have been involved in a construction project with a minimum value of Rp 83.33 billion (approximately US$6.8 million) during the last 10 years.
Engineers/Manpower Requirements
For Construction implementation work
BUJKA and BUJK PMA must have one engineer of at least Medium (Madya) Level with a Certificate of Expertise (Sertifikat Keahlian or “SKA”) to be assigned as the Technical Supervisor (Penanggung Jawab Teknik or “PJT”), and four SKA-certified engineers of at least Medium Level to be assigned as Classification Supervisors (Penanggung Jawab Klasifikasi or “PJK”)
For Integrated Engineering Services (EPC)
BUJKA and BUJK PMA must have one SKA-certified engineer of at least Principal (Utama) Level to be assigned as PJT, and four SKA-certified engineers of at least Medium Level to be assigned as PJK.

BUJKA and BUJK PMA must have a net worth of at least Rp 2.5 billion (approximately US$200,000) with qualification as Large B.

BUJKA – Foreign Construction Company
Attach of Annual Report or financial statement for the last 2 (two) years prepared by public accounting firm of the Country of Origin and legalized by the Embassy of the State of Origin of BUJKA in Indonesia to meet the requirements of net worth requirements.

BUJK PMA – Joint Venture Company
Attach of Annual Report or financial statement for the last 1 (one) years prepared by public accounting firm in Indonesia to meet the requirements of net worth requirements.

BUJKA and BUJK PMA must have experience in Construction Planning and Supervision Services Business for sub-qualification work with a total cumulative value of at least Rp 2.5 billion obtained within 10 (ten) years.
